Grassroots to Greatness is a girl-child focused initiative dedicated to empowering young girls through sports, leadership development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.

Our goal is to create opportunities for girls to build confidence, discover their potential, and develop the skills needed to become future leaders in their communities and beyond.

Beginning with the Arewa girl-child, we create platforms and opportunities that build confidence, develop life skills, encourage participation in sports, and nurture future leaders who are equipped to thrive while staying true to their cultural heritage and values.

Grassroots to Greatness was born from a simple belief: every girl deserves the opportunity to discover her strength, build her confidence, and pursue her dreams without compromising her values, culture, or identity.

As an Arewa woman, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and sports enthusiast, I understand the importance of creating spaces where girls can grow, lead, and thrive. Through sports, mentorship, leadership, and enterprise, we are building pathways that empower girls to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
